  On the ninth floor of the sumptuous Roosevelt building on The Bund sits this bar, restaurant and club. There's lots of beautiful outside space with perhaps the best view of the skyline, plus fancy cocktails, a Chinese-style club (with a private terrace for VIPs) and a dining room, with indoor and outdoor seating.   .   Reaching for the Stars This elegant addition to the waterfront sits on top of the Roosevelt Building. Immaculate service, good liquor and staggering views from the terrace make this undeniably impressive. While Lounge18 and The Glamour Bar can feel large and over-lit, especially during the week, and Bar Rouge will always just feel like a nightclub, Sky has the ambience of a cocktail bar. You could pop in with friends after work, then move next door to the dining room. There is a club space attached that gets noisy at weekends and comes with some flourishes (a private terrace for high-spenders).
